Shipping & Returns


Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Once shipped you will be provided with Tracking Information. All items are shipped via UPS at this time unless otherwise noted.

Please check and double check your address, once shipped the package is in buyers hands. If package is sent back it will be at buyer's cost to ship again.

Happy Soles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" if lost, package needs to be claimed at UPS. Check with your neighbor if you have not received your package.  For other issues please contact local UPS office. If extra insurance or other special needs need to be considered for your package you are responsible for letting us know those needs prior to shipping.



Items may be returned up to two weeks after purchase date. We will only return items if they have NOT been worn outside and they cannot show any sign of wear. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed upon by Happy Soles Footwear.
